Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please email us at glimmerdesignsllc@gmail.com your concerns and images of the defective and/or damaged product. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized/personalized items of any category.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards either.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If it is damaged from shipping, please send us a photo of the damage so we can send replacement or refund. No exchanges on customized items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at glimmerdesignsllc@gmail.com

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. No refunds for customized items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
